I have an existing web application, developed in India, it has major flows. Can you fix the problems without rewriting the whole application?

The coding required to put it all together can be very complex. For simple web sites it's usually much easier to create a new web site from scratch, rather than trying to modify existing code of someone else.
But if you have invested few months in developing your current application, writing from the scratch doesn't look as a possible option. We in Jerusalem Web Design have few years of experience of re-factoring of old code and reviving old or buggy web application. Normally, especially with big web development projects such approach save at least 50% of the cost that would take to build new web application.
