what happens if lowest unique bid auction canceled?
The auction might be cancelled by site administrator if it didn't receive enough bids and stopped to attract new bids. Site Admin might decide to cancel it in order to free the space on the website for another auction.
In this case, all credits returned to customer, and they are notified about auction cancelation by a special letter
