How to use capture portions of the screen
We recommend installing MWSnap, excellent free utility for capturing portions of the screen.
Please read instructions below
1) Download
You can download it from page

or using direct link

Once you downloaded please install it.
2) Settings
Run the software and go to Tools -> Settings
You will see following screen:
2.1) Please mark up following options in General tab:
Autostart with Windows (that needed for the software to be immediately available if you restart the computer)
2.2) other options leave in their default values
2.3) in Snapping tab mark up Auto Copy Snapped image to clipboard
2.4) Press OK to close this screen
3) Capturing
Now, the software is ready. Press Ctrl+Shift+A and a cursor will appear in some point of the screen.Point it to the place from where you would like to start clipping. Press left mouse button to select the area. When you finished - click left mouse button. The image will be copied in your clipboard.
You can open your software (Word, Outlook or whatever you have) and press Ctrl-V to copy image to there.
