Main Features And Rules of Lowest Unique Bid Auction
- Admin may define minimum required amount of bids for each auction and It's estimated end time.
- If minimum required bids amount is not reached when auction end time comes, then auction is extended for 24 hours more (configurable)
- If minimum required bids amount is reached and auction end time comes lowest unique bid wins.
- Members can not place bids lower than minimum bid amount set up for auction by admin.
- Members can not have more than 3 unique bids in a row and can not have more than 9 unique bids between 50 lowest unique bids.
Categories & Subcategories
- Site Admin can set categories & sub categories on the website.
- Unlimited number of products could be added to each category.
Registration
- Members register to take part in the auction. (Note: not all lowest unique bid auctions require registration. The script can be modified to place bids through SMS, thus making registration not required)
- SMS registration is available in many countries. Please note that additional fee might be applied to run SMS registration to buy bulk SMS messages.
Homepage
- There is a featured auction on home page which is selected by admin.
- Other auction selected automatically - most active and close to the end advanced to the top positions.
- Members can place bids by clicking "bid now" button - from Homepage as well.
- Site Admin could manage all the text blocks, he could define which blocks should appear for logged-in users and which for logged out-in which order and so on.
Users Area
- Trough “My Auctions” area, users will see details of ongoing auctions they have participated.
- Bidders can review their deposits and bids history.
- Members typically pay by credit card. We have interfaces for LinkPoint (USA), ProtX (UK & Europe) and Tranzilla (Israel). If you country is using other payment system we can integrate with it as well for an additional fee.
- We can customize the script to get payment through sending SMS
- Member can update their account, change username and password, change email address.
- Users can subscribe newsletter, Site Admin is able to download list of users in CSV format
