User group limits needed to limit user who already won prizes to participate in auctions for a limited time. Such limitation might be imposed on few, very active users who spend a lot and their presence might restrain others from participation.

This module allows specifying the number of auctions users can win within a given calendar month. User needs to be able to see where his limit stands.

Using this module each auction assigned to be belonging to one of three groups: internally they called Gold, Silver, and Bronze (these names can be configured by Site Admin)

For each of these there will be configurable limit (number X) of auctions that customer might win during Y days.

For example:

Auction   Prizes Allowed

Gold All auctions with prizes above $1000 1 30  
Silver All auctions with prizes above $100 2 15  
Bronze All other auctions 3 10  


When defining an auction, Site Admin will set to which group this auction belongs. When auction automatically re-created (Auction Auto-Creation Plugin needed), new auction also gets this restriction

A user who won enough auctions will be prevented from participations in next auction – in place of bid button and the whole area where bids placed - a note will appear, notifying him that he cannot participate in this auction

Also there will be a notification in user area, how many auction left for him to win during Y days.

You can participate in bronze auctions: ALL
You can participate in silver auctions: 2 in next 13 days.
You can participate in gold auctions: 0 in next 3 days

Some auctions might be selected as Premium only. Only users who deposited money previously

This plugin can be installed to work with:
Penny Auction, (also called Swoopo Clone, Telebid Script)
and Lowest Unique Bid Auction
